Nine of the ten Syarikat Cuci brands run on the same lobby software, so once you can read one of them you can read the rest. The skins change colour, the logo changes, the furniture does not. The confusing parts are the same on every one: two tiles for the same slot studio flagged 1:1 and 1:100, a jackpot banner naming a studio and a sister brand, a tips banner, and a partnership badge in the header that nobody explains.
This page works through each of those, says plainly what the lobby does publish, and says just as plainly where the information stops. Where the meaning is not printed anywhere on screen, the useful answer is what to check yourself before you stake money.
The layout is dense but predictable. A download banner for the brand’s app sits across the top, a balance panel sits under it, then rows of game tiles grouped by category, then a scrolling Live Transaction table and an Upcoming Sports panel near the bottom.
The tab strip is the main navigation. You will see Slot Games, Jackpot Game, a JILI Hot Game group, Playtech split into Hot Game, Free Credit Game and Event Game, Live Games, Sportsbook and Fast Games. Labels shift slightly between skins. 365HUAT adds a Free Credit tab, a Fish tab and a Recommend Game row with RTP badges on the tiles.
Inside the slot categories the tiles are studios, not single games: UU Slots, Pragmatic Play, Crazy Gaming, Fa Chai, JDB, Live22, Spadegaming, Relax Gaming, Nextspin, Joker, Mega888 and plenty more. Tapping a studio tile opens that studio’s own room with its own list of games. A Playtech Free Credit Game tab sits beside them; how free credit games count is set in each card’s terms, so read the promotion cards and the tabs together.
| Detail | Shared lobby |
|---|---|
| Category tabs | Slot Games, Jackpot Game, JILI Hot Game, Playtech (Hot, Free Credit, Event), Live Games, Sportsbook, Fast Games |
| Duplicate tile labels | 1:1 and 1:100 on Mega H5, Kiss H5 and CeWin; 711CUCI and 100CUCI also split JILI Hot Game into 1:100 and 1:1 |
| Balance panel | Deposit, Withdraw and Refresh, with the minimum deposit and the RM25.00 minimum withdrawal printed above them |
| Bottom bar | Home, History, Bonus, Live Chat, Setting |
| Header badge | SQUEEN668 Partnership, Berjaya Sama Partnership, Syabas99 Partnership, or none shown |
| Menu languages | Bahasa Melayu, English, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese |
The balance panel carries three controls, Deposit, Withdraw and Refresh, and prints the minimum deposit and the RM25.00 minimum withdrawal right above them. Tap Refresh after a transfer or a bonus claim so the panel shows the current figure. One skin’s scrolling ticker quotes a higher minimum deposit than its own panel, so when the two disagree, go by the panel.
The bottom bar never moves. Home, History, Bonus, Live Chat and Setting, in that order. Bonus is where promotion cards are claimed, History is where you check whether a deposit or withdrawal landed, and Live Chat is the support entry point.
The side menu holds everything else: VIP Ranking, Leaderboard, Soccer, Downline with its referral chart and Copy Referral Link, Lucky Draw, Announcement, Language, Joylink, User Guide and Download App. At the bottom sits the list titled Syarikat Cuci Free, which is simply the ten sister brands. The Live Transaction table shows masked phone numbers against deposit and withdrawal amounts with a game label such as JILI, MEGA888 or PT3; it is display furniture and tells you nothing about your own account.

This is the single most common point of confusion in these lobbies. Mega H5, Kiss H5 and CeWin each appear twice in the tile grid, once flagged 1:1 and once flagged 1:100. On two of the skins the JILI Hot Game section is split the same way, with one tab marked 1:100 and one marked 1:1.
What the lobby publishes is the label. It does not publish a definition anywhere on the page, in the tab, or beside the tile. So treat the flag as a room selector: two separate rooms exist for that studio, and the tile you tap decides which one opens.
Good to know
A label on a tile tells you which room you open, not how it pays. Check the credit display and the minimum stake inside the game before the first spin, not after it.
As general background, app-era slot rooms in Malaysia do not all show your balance at the same scale. Some display plain ringgit, others display credits or points that need converting in your head before a stake size makes sense. That is a common habit across lobbies rather than a rule of this platform, so the only reliable move is to read the game screen itself. Open the room, look at how the balance is written, set the smallest available bet, and spin once before you raise the stake. If you want to see both flags side by side in one grid, a lobby that shows both labels makes the pairing obvious on a single screen.
JILI is the studio the group puts at the front. A banner runs across the lobbies headed JILI Linking Jackpot x 100CUCI x Syarikat Cuci, with the line Win Jackpot and Get Extra Rewards and a note that the extra rewards are in 100CUCI. That is the full extent of what is published: a campaign name, a studio, and the sister brand carrying the rewards. More on the jackpot’s headline brand sits on its own page.
In general, a linked jackpot pools a slice of the stakes from many players, and often many games, into one prize that keeps growing until it drops. It is the mechanism behind most progressive slots you have seen, and it is why a linked prize can exceed the game’s normal top payout. None of the specifics are published here, though. Which JILI titles feed the pool, how big it is, who qualifies and how a reward is paid out are not stated on the banner or anywhere in the lobby, so anyone quoting you a figure is not reading it off the site.
Two other jackpot names turn up in the same lobbies. 12CUCI and 365CUCI both show a Major Lucky Jackpot card on their promotion pages, and the Jackpot Game tab sits in the tab strip of every shared skin. Again, names and placement are what is displayed; terms are behind a claim flow.
Every shared-platform lobby carries a Game Tips and Bet Ratio banner, sometimes written as Leaderboard High Winnings Tips, with a See More button that leads to its own section. PELUANG88 also keeps a Free Game Tips side tab pinned to the edge of the screen, and 365HUAT puts RTP badges on the tiles in its Recommend Game row.
The content behind the See More button is not published on the home screen, so judge it when you open it. Fix the expectation in advance. A slot result is generated at the moment you spin, so no tip, bet ratio or leaderboard can steer it. A stake pattern changes how fast your balance moves, not the odds of the next round.
RTP badges are a similar case. As a general rule, a return to player figure is a long-run theoretical average measured across enormous volumes of play, not a prediction of your afternoon. Treated as a rough comparison between two games it is mildly useful. Treated as a promise it is misleading.
Most lobby headers carry a partnership badge. The allocation is fixed per brand:
What the badge means commercially is not stated anywhere on the site. It is not a rating and not a safety mark, and no page in the lobby sets out what the partner does. Read it as a displayed badge, nothing more. If you want to see how the ten names relate to each other instead, the brand map lays them out in one place.
One practical consequence does follow from the badges. Listings that sit outside a lobby, including partner channels, sometimes advertise different headline credit for a brand than the brand’s own promotion page shows. When the two disagree, the lobby’s promotion page is the one that pays, and our comparison table records the date each figure was checked.

If you would rather see how a JILI or Pragmatic Play title behaves before touching a lobby at all, the tiles below load public fun-mode versions in the browser.
Demos run on play credits in the studio's own window: no account, no deposit, no real winnings. A demo shows the game, not any brand's 1:1 or 1:100 room.
Demo play uses pretend credit, so the balance on screen has no connection to a real account and no win there is withdrawable. It is still the cheapest way to learn a game’s paylines, bonus round and minimum stake rhythm, which is exactly the knowledge that stops a 1:1 or 1:100 label from catching you out later.
